NEW MAP CHOICE- 1 MONTH MAP SUBSCRIPTIONS: - You can now download any 50k or 25k map for 1 month at a much lower price (typically 1/3rd the normal pricing). This totally unique offering is ideal for holidays and one-off excursions. - The maps are still downloaded fully to your device and usable in exactly the same way as normal map downloads (during the 31 day period). - You can extend the period anytime and still make a saving. You can also delete the map and reinstall it during the 31 day period.- The maps can be downloaded onto more than one device (including a new replacement phone) as long as you register your OutDoors account.DISTANCE MARKERS: - You can now see mile or Km markers as you zoom into a route.- Distance markers are useful for planning so you can schedule a pub stop or picnic half-way, for example.- Useful to know where you are up to when you're doing the hike/bike to gauge time to arrival, rest stops, meeting places, food & drink intake etc. - You can turn off Distance Markers in Tools if you find they obscure the map. - Set Miles of Km preference in the Tools page.
