Description:The Spectacular Home Inspection System for iPad & iPad mini was created for certified home inspectors to generate a pdf report about the house they're inspecting. Our app stores over 6000 regularly used comments and enables the inspector to choose the comment that fits the description of the items they inspect rather than typing a comment every time. Spectacular aims to make the daily job of a home inspector simpler. Once the inspection process is complete, the inspector can generate the report, email it, or print it on site to give to the real estate agent and/or home buyer.
