《奇樂Online》的玩法絕不單一，因為遊戲中設有多種主題模式供玩家選擇，每個主題出現的職業各有不同，由最基本警察殺手互相廝殺的「正邪對立」開始，加入特攻、恐怖份子的「反恐危機」、加入西部牛仔、綁匪的「西部風雲」、加入第三勢力-喪屍的「末日驚魂」，和最新改版中加入防暴警察、縱火狂魔的「怒火街頭」，玩法和策略運互有分別，唯一相同的就是緊張程度超爆表！
